This is the first time that I've tried this company's product. I got it because I've been switching to organic consumables as much as I can. I like eating olives out of the jar so I was a little surprised the first couple of times when I experienced a slight but noticeable fermented taste after chewing. I got in touch with the company to ask them whether this was normal, and they were very helpful with their answer stating that it is a particular characteristic of the kind of olives they use and could take some getting used to. I've now eaten more than half of the jar and sure enough I've stopped noticing that peculiar aftertaste and starting to like it more and more. It has also occurred to me that it you use them in a salad, cocktail or pizza, it probably won't be noticeable at all. The only reason it got four stars is because I do think it's a bit pricey for the amount of olives you get.

These are okay, but not firm enough to suit me. I won't order again.
