Dit Da Jow Massage Oil (Northern Shaolin) 100ml

25 years ago I was sceptical about Dit Dar but my Kung Fu teacher gave me some of his brew and I was hooked. He also said some are better than mine and some are worse. Moved countries and thought I'd never find another good Dit Dar again until this. Can't tell you how much this has helped my son with his knee, it's not an instant miracle cure, please note that though. He's a brilliant sportsman and plays at a National level in 2 sports and county level at another. He was at a stage where we thought we would have to stop all sport for a year but with constant use of ice packs and Dit Dar the improvement was dramatic. Took about a month of constant use of applying it after icing and this helped solve an injury he has had for 2 years that looked liked it was going to stop him. Give it a go, but give it a good go, and combine icing, you'll see the results.

Does the job.

Good for massages, pain and if you want to help the circulation in the affected area(s)!A little pricey, but I think it is overall good.

I have tried many things but this is something else was recovering from a fractured patella and been trying to jog was struggling with constant pain but after using this i feel like how i was before and completely surprised with the impact

It's a decent Jow and certainly helps with circulation. The fact that it comes in a plastic bottle is a little off putting. Would prefer Glass.
