Liquid I.V.Hydration Multiplier 30 Stick, 16.93 Ounce

This is a really good product. I use it for workouts and general hydration and I like it alot. But, when I first mixed it as directed, one packet to a 16.9oz bottle of water it was super strong. Like so strong I reacted that this could not be right. Checked the instructions again and I had mixed it right. Since then I am mixing one packet to two 16.9oz bottles of water and it tastes perfect. I'm actually thinking they over mixed the packet or made a mistake on the instructions. Try it for yourself and see. It is perfect mixed one packet to two bottles. And hey, you get twice the mileage out of your purchase. Works for me.

I have two very athletic teenage boys that are involved in multiple sports, practices, games, etc. . We have tried various hydration products. Liquid I.V. is the only one that works for them. It keeps them from cramping in the Texas heat, which had been our biggest problem. They drink Liquid I.V. daily for hydration maintenance and increase use with sporting events. I am so thankful that we found Liquid I.V. It helps put my mind at ease about my children's safety.

I highly recommend keeping these in your house at all times! I feel SO much better after having 1. I will usually have 2 a day, but on days where I am busy running around and or have worked out 2 times during the day I will have 3 at different times. I feel hydrated and just better after one. I like the flavor and ease of being able to throw one in my purse when I am in a hurry.

During a recent visit, my son turned me on to this product and I am so glad he did. I live in central AL and the summer heat here can be brutal. I have always found yard work to be therapeutic, but lately I have been reticent to go out into the heat to work on the yard as I would be exhausted after an hour (or less) in the summer heat. During a weekend of trimming some trees, I tried the packets he gave me and was amazed by the results. They actually helped me recover quicker and be able to go back out and continue my work with a much shorter cool down period than I previously required with water alone. I was so impressed that I ordered a 30-pack that same weekend. I have not tried the Acai Berry or Lemon/Lime but for now I'm enjoying the Passion Fruit.

My child has POTS/EHLERS. She says this does seem to give her a little more energy. She drinks water like a camel as she always feel dehydrated. If she says it helps....it’s priceless to a father!I never drink enough water. This has great taste, not sure I FELT a benefit from it but I’ll keep drinking it. A little pricey for my taste.

I really like this product! I travel a lot for work so this is convenient since I can bring it through security no problem. It's great for a pick me up after a long flight or to help prepare your body for higher elevation or humidity. It's also a lifesaver for someone who tends to overindulge when drinking. I had a minute case of the wine flu this morning and needed to get out the door for work. I chugged gatorade last night and it had no effect so I poured one of these into a bottle of water (and added some ice, it tastes better chilled). It did the trick after a few sips no lie I felt better and even walked to work instead of driving like I was planning to. I've got a trip to see my Irish gals coming up and I will definitely be using this [in conjunction with flyby] before bed after our crazy nights out! But note to self, pre-make it before going out for the night and leave it next to the bed haha.I will say the initial taste is slightly reminiscent of salt water, at least to me as a diver. It kind of shocked me the first few sips but its really for a split second because the drink is salty but then the flavor kicks in and it tastes like a normal sports drink. I feel like it would be masked a bit better by a flavor other than lemon lime but this deal was too good to pass up so it's all good! Lastly, I like how unlike pedialyte there's no artificial dyes in this product.

This did not come in the original package container. Rather it came in a regular box. Odd but it arrived quickly.

It just works. Easy to toss in a backpack and go. If you’re just dehydrated from working, working out, or even being sick, they get you stable quick. If someone is feel drained, I offer them a packet and quick instructions and every single time they come back asking where I got them, if I can order them some ASAP. It makes Gatorade taste like super sweet juice. It’s the next best thing to having a banana bag IV hooked up. Which, Amazon doesn’t seem to sell yet...
