Two different sizes provide different resistance levels - one narrow and thick, the other one wide and thin. My first impression was that the band is too stiff. But then I` ve been used to it and now see the results that were not expected! And I am using it only one week! I`m looking forward to continuing my stretching with Stretch Bands and dreaming to be a ballet dancer. It looks like my dream will come true very soon

My 9-year daughter asked me to buy these bands. The fit is good with some room to grow. The advantage of two bands is that you can improve both your flexibility and toes at the same time. The instruction book is very helpful.
