Swan SK14630CN Retro Dome Kettle, Fast Boil, 360 Degree Base, 1.8L 3KW, Cream

I really like this kettle. I took ages choosing one and was worried about the negative comments about this kettle but so far (several weeks later) have had no trouble at all. It is a lovely design, light and pours easily. It is also easy to fill and has a decent metal limescale filter. Looks as good as the day I opened it. The lid fits tightly but is also easy to remove and is easy to fill either through the top or the spout with an easy to see water gauge. Love the way it pours and it is comfortable to use. The only downside for me is that it is slightly noisy but the good bits far outweigh that. Glad I bought it.

Great looking Kettle.Only thing that made me contemplate returning it was to me when I first used it it seemed to be leaking.It wasn't, the metal ring around the kettle seems to catch the water if you spill water on the outside. This makes it appear it's leaking when you lift it from its base. Just a little more care when filling it up and not a problem since.Looks nice and works well I'm pleased with it

I loved the look of this kettle, but I nearly didn't buy it because of some of the negative reviews. I'm glad I did. It looks just like the photo. I've used it several times a day for a few months and I have had no issues. The lid is easy to remove for filling. It is also easy to fill via the spout. Same boiling volume as my previous kettles - just normal. Handle is chrome looking plastic, so lightweight but with the look I wanted. No peeling or discolouration from use so far. Happy coffee drinker.

This kettle looks great. Unfortunately that’s where the good points end.When first unpacked, the kettle didn’t sit snug on the base and was very wobbly. I thought it was something I could over look as it still functioned as it should.Boiling is noisy and takes quite some time, even for a small amount of water and it takes its time. Again, I thought, yeah I can live with that and persevered.Then, after not even 2 weeks use I notice it started to rust on the outside. Not great at all, so I have unfortunately had to start the return process and now look for an alternative.It’s such a shame as it’s such a lovely looking kettle.

Just the lovely retro style I wanted. Easy to fill and handle. I love it.

We seem to go through kettles at an alarming rate, but this one seems to have the staying power.Slight prob is make sure you don't remove the lid with hot water inside or you could scald your hand. Fill from the spout if refilling when hot. I think it metions this in the instructions & most ketles were this design back in the days.Otherwise it looks great & looking forward to a long time together.

It has a nice feel of quality to it, it isn’t messy to pour or use and it looks really good.

Es bonita pero el enchufe que trae es inglés y no trae adaptador español con lo cual te toca comprar uno. Por lo demás bien.
