So far so good,I installed a full set of cartridges which are working fine with no error messages and showing the ink levels.I’ve only printed text black and colour text so can not comment on picture printing quality.

Decided to risk going with a cheaper ink alternative for our HP printer.When I received the ink one of my cartridges would not load and showed an error on my printer screen. I used the second cartridge, this was fine.The ink and print quality is really good.When I contacted customer services to explain the issue, they were brilliant and sent a replacement in less than 48 hours.I would not hesitate to use this ink and company again.

Great product and personal support for my queries.

I fitted the new cartridges, which immediately came up with the error message that they were missing or damaged. Tried the advised rectification procedures from the support line, which still didn't work. They sent out replacement cartridges almost immediately, which was great, but when they arrived none of them worked either. Full refund was sent when support line contacted again. Will have to fork out for proper cartridges from now on!

With original brand ink now over £100 for a complete CMYK set, so I figured it was time to risk a 3rd party set and do some research on which suppliers had the best reputation for compatibility with printers. Both in terms of printer not recognising them or having them leak ink…. Smart Ink was my choice. Inks arrived well packed, good instructions, and attention to detail like supplying gloves to keep hands ink free, some cool stickers, and a QR code for tech support if anything didn’t go to plan…. But most importantly, two sets of sturdily built ink cartridges that worked!I even like the way the ink cartridges are made from translucent plastic, so I can actually see how much ink is there rather than relying on the software guesstimate.Printing quality seems fine, and when I had an initial issue with my 18 year old printer, their tech support was amazing. (One of my printhead nozzles had been clogged up after months of disuse, a few clean cycles brought it back to life)This company makes good product and back it up with great service. I’m a happy customer that can keep an old printer running, low cost, and not have more plastic go to landfill. What’s not to like?

Yet to install and use, so not sure of quality at the moment.

So initually, I couldnt get these to work, they errored. So contacted the support via amazon and they immediately replied (on a sunday too)."Occasionally, dried ink, fingerprint oil, or tape residue can end up on the contacts of the cartridges during the manufacturing process, preventing it from being read properly in the machine.1) To remove the residue, use a lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the contact points on the cartridges and inside your printer.2) Then, pop the cartridges back in the printer, reset the machine, and try printing again.3) Before reinstalling the cartridges, power down the printer, unplug the power cord, and let the machine sit for about a minute. Then, power it back up, plug it back in, and reseat the cartridge."So I rebooted and reset each cartridge and did this about 3 times and eventually they all worked fine.So far so good, the main two issues are:1, The printer reports that these are not genuine (ok fine)2, The printer will not inform you of ink levels.However that said, this purchase contains 2 of each, so quite frankly, if these work and perform well enough its a worthy purchase.If they only last a month and dry up or dont print well, then I'll just not order again and move on, but so far so good.
