Thise book is best for Japanese learning

This is the first part of the first book in the Minna no Nihongo series. The part in the series comprises of two complementary books. The Main Textbook and Translation and Grammatical Notes. Buying one without the other is useless.Now, about the Main Textbook.1. It's the Indian edition. So, it's cheaper compared to the original books. The page quality is standard Indian page quality on which school textbooks are published. My copy is clear. There is no legibility issue.2. Furigana (the Chinese character pronunciation in the native script on top of the Chinese character) is small, yes. But not difficult to be read. I can read it quite well.3. The Main Textbook is in Japanese through and through. There is NO English in the Main Textbook. All the English you need can be found in the Translation and Grammatical Notes book. So, if you are self studying, do get them both.This is one of the oldest textbooks to learn Japanese from. Most institutes and Japanese academies teach using this series. If JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) is your goal, this can be THE book to learn from. Skip it and look for other textbooks if you wanna learn Japanese as a hobby.Also, if you wish to do any self study using this series, I'd recommend you to be be very very sure and diligent coz it's not gonna a light task. But the result would be the best.

"Minna no Nihongo" (Japanese for Everyone), a book that my Sensei suggested, is really good for the budding learners. This book was delivered in perfect shape to me. It even provided a CD that read out the chapters.However, to read this book, one must have a knowledge in Hiragana and Katakana, as English translations are not provided here. Kanji is also used in this book, but Furigana is provided, so if you don't know Kanji, you do not need to worry.

The book is fragile, if used roughly pages come off easily. Other than that it's a good book to learn. That's the only thing worth mentioning.

I hesitated a bit before buying the product but the product I received was really in good condition and even the writing is very eligible and beautiful to look at..Bought all the 4 versions including translation notes...I am really satisfied with the productNote:the original MinnaNoNihongo has 50 chapters so in order to read all the chapters you have to buy all the 8 books (4 Main Textbooks and 4 Translation Books)

Must buy it if u learn japanese

This is book is very nice if you know the basic Japanese and basic grammar you will find very easy to read the whole book. Biy this book along with the translation book which is available. Furigana helps to read kanjis very easily. Good book to refer for N5. Also it is available with cd hence you can use to enhance your listening skills.
