I did not know what I was buying when I got this bit (not enough experience), but just know that if you buy a DOWNCUT bit, you must cut entirely through the material on the first pass because it will jam itself on the chips, especially if cutting HDPE or similar plastics. If you need to make multiple passes to cut through the material, get an upcut bit. These bits are razor sharp, so handle with care.

LMT Onsrud CNC bits are my go-to for everyday cutting jobs. They are good quality without being overpriced. This downcut spiral is useful for cutting thin sheet materials if you don't have a vacuum hold down system.
