I'm really glad the product details specified that this rug pad is NOT non-slip. That's really important to note, because it is DEFINITELY slippy. But that's okay for my use, as all 3 that I ordered are going to be anchored under heavy furniture. Just make sure that will be good for your use case, too.That said, the pad itself is great! All 3 that I ordered (1/4 inch, 8x10) arrived on time and were well packaged. Coming out of the package, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no smell or anything. And they were rolled up, so there weren't really any folds that I had to get out. The pads are all the same size and thickness... which, when it comes to size, is bigger by at least an inch than all of my 8x10 rugs. That's okay, though, I'd rather they be bigger than smaller, and they're easy to cut with a good pair of scissors. So no issues there! As far as thickness, they make SUCH a difference! My rugs feel much more plush and cushy.I'll be honest, I didn't want to spend the money on rug pads. But I'm moving into a new house, and moving from wall to wall carpeting to hardwood floors and area rugs, and my mother *insisted* that I get these. I chose these specific pads because they looked pretty good, and more importantly, they were cheap. And I hate to say it... but my mom was right. My rooms feel MUCH more cozy after I added these pads under my rugs. I was prepared to not really notice a difference, given the price on these, but instead I'm left feeling like I got a great value! So yeah, great rug pads, definitely recommend!

Great rug ad for our spare bedroom! Just enough thickness to make it extremely comfortable under foot without being at all bulky. Very functional & exactly what I was looking for. Nice quality & at a great price. Very satisfied with this purchase!

We put this under a cool IKEA rug we like that had a great design but was pretty thin. This enhanced that rug so much in terms of confort. Very comfortable rug pad. Note you might have to trim this down to your rug size!! Easy enough to cut with a razor blade or sharp scissors.I was torn between the 3/8 and 1/2 thickness. I am very glad I went with the 1/2 inch size!My wife loves this because she is always getting down on the ground and playing with the dogs and this pad has made her a believer in rug pads! Very cushioning and worth the investment.

The rug pad arrived wrapped well and boxed for shipping which I was appreciative of, because a previous order from a different manufacturer was a disaster. When I saw how this one was shipped, I was relieved! The rug pad arrived quickly, was clean, and exactly as described. It was the right thickness for under our 10 X 14 rug and added a level of comfort under foot to the rug. Our hardwood flooring company recommended only pads without any rubber, and this one is held down by furniture, so it stays put.

Needed for under area basement rec room area rug. This does the trick. Good pad to put under a budget rug which then elevates feel of the budget rug to that of a more expensive rug. Works good!!!

These are nice and thick, I just wish that there was a non-slip pad underneath. Even with my 5 x 8 rug, it wants to slide.
