Been using this a while now and it works well. Love the fact the handle can easily be removed and fitted for storage.

I like this pan, it cooks Steaks well, and it cleans up when washed like a dream, nice one.I would recommend.

This pan is perfect for griddling steaks, duck breast etc.With the detachable handle you can just pop it in the oven after searing.When away in the caravan, we got fed up with the mess we had to clean up every time after cooking steaks on our blue, gas braai.It cooks the food very well but all the fat drips through the slots, coats the underneath of the griddle plate and drips into the main tray, all of which really is not much fun to face the morning after.Using this pan on a simple gas burner does away with all that. You can just pour off any unwanted fat (eg when doing duck breasts). The Main braai doesn't get in a state, the coating makes it a delight to wash up - you can just do it with the rest of the washing up or in the DW if you're not camping.Also, having the detachable handle makes it much better for packing down and/or storage.Excellent price compared with other removable handle pans. Thoroughly recommend it,

It is coming up to four months since I bought this pan, and it looks like it is going to last a long time. I am naturally a tight wad and would not normally spend this much on a pan, but this reaffirms in me the belief that quality is worth paying for. I hardly use any oil with it, and it is a doddle to clean. Usually soak it for a while before cleaning.

It seems to be good quality overall. I thought the handle may be cheap and lightweight but feels substantial. It is sturdy when on and easy to remove. Really helps with storage having the long handle off. A key factor for me was that it worked on my induction hob as advertised. I'd prefer it could go in the dishwasher but will follow the guidelines not to. Aesthetically I like the gold speckles. They look warm, a nice change from the usual speckle finishes used. Overall, so far, I'm happy.

I was originally looking at pans which were much more expensive than this one but it came up in the searches and had good reviews so I thought why not, give it a go. I’ve had it now a shade over 2 months and it’s been used frequently on an induction hob and I have to say, I’m not disappointed. It’s easy to clean just with a green scrubber and washing up liquid (don’t use a metal scourer) and has decent heat distribution. If your storage is tight, the handle unattaches as well. It’s still also in very good condition: the fairly heavy usage over the last couple of months hasn’t affected the non-stick surface of the pan. All in all, I highly recommend this pad. Don’t be put off by the cheap price.

Having only used a 'normal' frying pan and grill to do my meats previously, for my birthday bought some rather nice fillet steaks but felt they deserved better than what I currently had to cook them with. Now comes a decision for a new pan, and I went for this griddle pan, great decision! I had the most delicious steaks courtesy of being griddled in this pan. One thing to note, reduce cooking times as this pan gets hot and retains it for longer. I stuck with that information and ate the most juiciest of steaks I have ever had (more to do with the pan than any cooking skill I have!). Well recommended.

So, the product is great. The handle pops off, leaves lovely riddle marks on the food when using high heat and searing the food. Also can vouch it works in the oven lovely as I regularly cook for shorter periods at 250 degrees Celsius. However, the part they don't mention in the advert is that you can't get the handle back on once the pan has been in the oven. The metal slightly expands making it impossible. You think you get it on and it pops off a second later. I thought I was going mad until I let it cool down and the handle slid on easily again.So that is the ONLY reason is gets a 4 star rating. Other than than, it is a great pan and cleans very easily.
