Good deal.. sharp display, stunning look and great performance... i love this device very much...

One thing that drives me crazy is this box's tendency to hang occasionally, especially when expecting input to a field in a browser.Completing a bank security authorize-this-box process involving an e-mailed security code to be fed to the security dialog proved to be an absolute nightmare involving several restarts of the tablet, a couple of different security codes, and major hatred. What should have taken a couple of minutes took at least half an hour of frustration. The go back and go windowed keys occasionally go dead. I suspect this to be an Android issue rather than a hardware fault.A puzzlement: I took great pains to install a game app from my wife, the tablet owner's, account - but it didn't show up in her world and instead materialized in mine. ????This is a very nice box in many ways and should prove excellent as a tool for my bedridden wife, who finds our 17" laptop much too big and clunky. It works well with a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard, though that feels completely unnecessary to my wife and somewhat unnecessary to me. Bluetooth FTP with my other PC's works well.

Got the tablet refurbished and the very first thing you think would work is connecting to Wi-Fi...Umm, no... The search function for Wi-Fi kept turning off so fast that I couldn't enter my network password!! I tried several times and worked through it. Other apps seemed fine if didn't need internet. I contacted seller and they said to call Samsung. Thanks but no thanks, if it gives me this problem at first what else will go wrong??! I returned it immediately. Then I decided to buy a new galaxy tab

I like the tablet, except that it will not allow Adblock to run while connecting to internet. So on many apps, there is an ad banner running along the bottom of the screen. Quite annoying. If there is a way to turn that off, it is not easily found. On some sports feeds, it kills the feed due to the ads ("must download.xyz...). Does not seem to be as intuitive as IPad, such as in moving pictures from one app to anther. But them the price was so much cheaper.

First, let me start out that while this product is officially "refurbished" you'd be hard-pressed to tell it apart from a factory-fresh unit. Most of the plastic film was still attached for me to joyfully rip off. There were no dents or scratches, the condition was absolutely perfect. If I hadn't been told this was a refurb I would not have been able to tell.Now, about the product. I'm a big fan of the Galaxy line and have recently purchased 4 of them. I bought this particular one for my dad but don't let that make you think it's a grandpa device. The Samsung Galaxy Pro is a top-of-the-line tablet with tremendous processing power and an incredible display. In fact, the display has a higher resolution than my 60" plasma TV. Now, my dad will never, ever even come close to using the full capabilities of this device but most people won't. Multitasking works great and you can easily cast a movie to your TV and surf the Web with no noticeable reduction in performance.I could go on but it might be starting to appear that I'm obsessed with this device. Let me just say that I can easily predict that anyone purchasing this will be absolutely thrilled with the experience.

What can I say. This tablet was everything advertised by the Seller and more! It easily imported my phone apps from the Samsung Galaxy S4 via bluetooth. It can also mirror your phone or vice versa. And now I can read all my Kindle Subscription Books and Magazines on a magazine/hardcover sized tablet. It easily plays most of my existing Apps from Amazon, Galaxy and Google Play on a large sized screen. And quickly gives you access to most office work like e-mail, document creating or editing and even spreadsheets on a more easily portable tablet. This has really taken the place of my outdated laptop.

I've always been weary about refurbished products, especially tech, but I wanted to give this one a try since it was certified by Samsung. So far, it's working quite well without any issue. Fully charged, updated the OS, installed apps, and tested them out all without issue. Very slight blemish to the screen and the back of the tablet, but I don't notice them unless I'm actively searching for them. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase as my first Android product.

It was all fine until the battery died and the tablet never booted .Any solutions?
