My daughter really like this watch and even doesn’t want to take it off. It is very easy to set up all the functions and the outlook is really nice. After insert the Sim Card, I can call my daughter and she is so excited that her watch can ring. The watch becomes her favorite toy now. She is into turning on and off the light of the watch. By the way, the most important function of the smartwatch for me is its GPS Positioning. I tested several times, and it always works so well. I have to say I will advise my friends to buy this smartwatch for their kids.

Tried all the steps mentioned in the manual but no use. No where in YouTube video exist to follow the setup. Inserted the sim from att as described in product description but the phone network symbol is displayed with a stop sign on it and when located the device from SeTracker2 Device is always offline. Tried reaching technical support but no response. Won’t recommend this product. Waste of time and money.

It is very easy to use straight out from the box. The setup process is intuitive with minimum confusion. It's a great product for kids especially when they hangout with friend around the neighborhood and you want know about their location. Comparing to smartphone, I also don't have to worry about the kids stuck on all kinds of apps all they time but I still be able to contact them when needed.

Does not work. I put a SIM card and followed instructions. Customer service is non existent. They sent me a couple of messages but with no real solutions. DO NOT BUY, WATCH IS OUT OF RANGE. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU.

Battery life is horrible..... Only get one day on the lowest settings. But features and use is very sinple

GPS tracking not accurate in my location.

The sim card did not stay in and watch could not be read. It's been almost 2 weeks since it was returned and I have not received my refund.
