Other than the fact that the picture showed a black fixture and the box says black, because our HOA specifically wants black, and it came Gray, I am pleased with my purchase. It is good solid metal and easy to install and the LED seems to be a nice soft golden color that our HOA specifies as well. I had to spray paint my cover to comply with our HOA. By the way, the installation instructions are wrong. 2 and 3 are reversed. No problem for me because i am a genius but best to reprint properly for other DIYers.Follow up: Because our neighborhood chose this as one of the "approved" fixtures, we followed up on the color discrepancy. Customer support was easy to work with and full refund given. Will order another. Hopefully the grey one in the black box was just a hiccup.Update: New fixture came in black, as advertised. Looks great with the soft glow of the 3000K LED light. Great value and, if not for the hiccup on the color, I would have rated this 5 stars.

i wanted minimum projection from the wall. these are great. lighting a walkway. better than i expected illumination and value.

Positives:It looks contemporary, the price is very good compared to other similar lights and the light is strong but a soft white, not a blue hue.Negatives:To mount you have to drill into the wall instead of afixing it to the electrical box like in most other lights.

Good quality but a pain to install. No wonder there's a professional installation option for this sconce! The sconce has a hole pattern that doesn't match normal junction box screw holes, there's one hole at the top at one side and another on a diagonal on the bottom opposite side. So when I replaced an existing light, I had to drill in the sconce backing a new hole at the same level as the top screw the same width as the junction box screw holes, so as to avoid having to drill another hole in the wall.

Just know it’s not for US, but it can be used just fine. It’s constructed well, but it doesn’t fully cover the wall hole from the previous light b/c it isn’t designed for US. I’ll probably replace it with a US-intended light.

Very bright, over a stairway. Sits very close to the wall.

Instructions are pretty self explanatory. Wire colors are not standard however. Thought it would be a little brighter and have a whiter light output.
