HiddenSupplies Custom White Stitched Playmat 24 x 14 Inch for Pokemon Magic The Gathering Yugioh

OMG where do I start, I tried two mats from these guys and the screwed them both up. See photos. They say the mat is 24x14 but in actuality they are 23.5x13.5. The image upload system is horrendous! You pick your image and it doesn't even center it, you have to try and do micro adjustment with no zoom feature or forgiveness feature. On the first mat they cut up the top of my image, which I set to the actual 24x14. So, on the second mat I made sure to shrink the image that I needed to be playable and to give it a half inch spacing yet they still ended up cutting off the top of the playable image. Then there is this white color on the image that isn't even in the original image. Total waste of money! Don't bother unless your image has nothing that is playable on it for cards or components.

I ordered 6 mats (3 pairs) from this company. The alignment for the image was different for each pair, which seems strange. I can deal with that, but one mat came with a stain on it. I emailed the company and received no response. The outer stitching was done well, but I will not be buying from them anymore.

It was easy to upload the image. It was centered properly and the stitch on the edging was nice. The actual mat feels great and it fits into a standard mat protector.

Really impressed with how this play mat turned out. Good feel, good quality, and I feel it is going to last a while. I only felt like it needed better packaging. The shipping envelope arrived with a hole in it, and if the dried mud I saw on the packaging got through the hole, I might not have been as impressed with the mat.
