Great value desktop PC. Arrived quickly and very easy to set up.It seems to run well and was super fast to set up and connect to WiFi.Only used for working from home, so not sure how it would fair for gaming.Fits very nicely on the L Shaped Desk bought at the same time!

This was a cheap refurbished item, which met all my requiements and I would be more than happy dealing with this company again. It came with a good sized screen, and wi-fi mouse and keyboard, so an overall good package for the cost.

The COVID-19 lockdown saw me stranded a long way from home and with none of my usual distractions to keep me entertained. Fortunately, Amazon came to the rescue ad this computer was my first purchase.It’s refurbished and certainly shows some signs of wear but functionally it all works as expected. 8GB of RAM means that it is fast and it comes with a Network USB so I was able to connect to the internet using my phone as a mobile hot spot.The only problem I found was that the monitor connections is loose and I sometimes loses the colour, a quick wiggle of the cable seems to sort it and, given the price, I really can’t complain. I did have problems with the DVD drive where I couldn’t get it to accept a DVD but once I turned the CPU the right way up, that problem was solved.If you need the very latest, this computer is not for you. If you want a cost-effective solution that works then I really recommend looking at this one. OK, it’s early days but initial thoughts and the general feeling is that I’m really happy with the purchase. Thank you.

Recycling IT kit is socially and environmentally important, so I thought I would give it a try. But the IT Buffs really need to raise their game.My three deliveries from them have arrived in thin cardboard boxes, that have got damaged in transit.Attempt 1: The "tower" had the wrong processor, and the keyboard was broken. To their credit, the IT Buffs agreed to send a courier to swap over the tower and keyboard.Attempt 2: The keyboard did not arrive. The tower did, but it turned out the processor was so old, it would not even support very basic games, because it was pre-Windows 10 (the machine does run Windows 10).Attempt 3: The IT Buffs sent another machine, but I established while in transit that it was identical, so cancelled.Attempt 4: After a lot of emails, I managed to work out that I would need to pay more for an upgraded model, with graphics card. The new desktop arrived, with wired rather wireless keyboard and mouse, and without promised speakers. Turns out the keyboard and mouse have their wires airbrushed out for the photo, but unless the IT Buffs actually SAY they are wireless, they are wired. Support insisted there were no speakers. I sent them a screenshot of their advert. Speakers arrived the next day.Eventually got a refund for the package I returned.Before you buy, contact the IT Buffs to say exactly what you want from your package, and they will try to help (to a point). Do not assume that something will be included unless they expressly say that it does. Do not assume that the person replying to your email can actually remember what they said in their previous email a day or two before.

Brilliant company.Excellent Value and very good personal support. I have a part wrong delivery that wasput right the very next day!!! Amazing.I go the computer system to use as a training computer for my local membersbut it actually beats some of my other computers.I have and will continue to tell my UK Power Circle Team members about this businessand will be using them in the future.

When I opened the box upon delivery I couldn't believe my eyes. The amount of scratches, wear and tear on the monitor and monitor stand was saddening (as depicted in the photos). I was on the verge of not opening up the whole package and just return it to the seller until I decided to check out how it actually worked.Don't be fooled by the looks. The pc actually works very well. If you are bothered by looking at scratches and signs of wear and tear, this product is not for you. Go for brand new instead, if you can afford ofcourse.The way the WiFi dongle is packaged is not very clever. It was taped underneath the cardboard flap on the inside of the box that the computer came in. There was no instruction to guide you as to where to find it. I could've easily just threw it away with the box. Overall, the computer itself works exceptionally well hence I decided to keep it.

It took a week or so to get here so I was battling with an older laptop but everything just works. The only thing I changed was the hard drive, which I swapped over from my old computer. I won't use Windows on any home computer ever, but the Linux hard drive popped into place and I've been using it ever since. It came with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse but I just keep them in the box because I don't need them. The monitor is much bigger than I had before so I'm pretty pleased with the package. Nothing bad springs to mind to be honest apart from the DVD drive not working but that could be a Linux problem and to be honest, I don't even use the player when I have an actual blue ray player.

Everything was going really well until around 3-4 days later when the pc automatically went into sleep mode, the power button kept flashing orange and after a Google check I found out that this was caused by a fault in the power supply inside the desktop. Needless to say I will be sending this product back, however I would say that if this fault didn't come up, then I would've been very appy with the purchase.
