It does help me with my bad back
Had one of these before at my old job and I liked it so bought a new one and use it especially when my back is bothering me but I want to do some work or work out at the gym.

Long lasting
This is my second belt. First one lasted 5 years before the Velcro gave out. Happy to buy again based on how long it lasted the first go around.

Misleading Price - Please Read
I'm a 33 year old former Marine, retired amateur power lifter who works as a residential home builder. I have two back injuries that have made my heavy compound lifts painful for the past ten years which have only been exacerbated by the asymmetric lifting you have to do in the construction industry.I've always been a raw lifter, white knuckle through the pain and work on your form and rehabilitation so you can do it on your own. I went from a PR deadlift of 515lbs at 178lbs to a max deadlift of 415lbs at 210lbs as the pain increased and my form and workouts suffered.Introduce the FireTeam Fit weightlifting belt. So simple even a Marine could use it. Following my military training I ordered four, fully expecting to eat one, lose one, and break the other. I have no pain, none. My thoracic stability is incredible. All the minor issues that accumulated trying to minimize the pain are slowly going away. In two working sessions I increased my working weight by 50lbs squatting and 65lbs deadlifting. If there was a way to give six stars I would, and the mission of the Fire Team Fit crew to help support transitioning veterans is incredible. This is the first and only purchase I've made from the team, but they're going to be the first place I go if I ever need more gear or want to replace this incredible piece of equipment. So here's the negative part of the review; the Fire Team Fit squad claims that this belt is only $33.99. Believe me when I say this piece of gear is going to cost you several hundred dollars by the time you've factored in all the additional expenses. As your squat and deadlift working weight goes up, all those pants that used to fit so comfortably are going to rip like a modern day Lou Ferrigno turning into the Hulk. Those shirts? Yeah, those snatches and clean and press are going to make your upper body look like a kite. If you have a home gym like me you're going to have to invest in even more plates as your maxes continue to rise beyond what your pitiful collection can support. I've had to explain all this to my wife and, trust me, it can be a hard sell. Add in those marital counseling sessions and this has turned into one of the priciest pieces of training equipment I've ever owned....and I'd do it all over again. Thanks Fire Team Fit

I love this belt
I love this belt, I cant say enough good about it, ive had it for about 2 months now. Ive waited to write a review, due to everyone wants you to give them a review 2 days after you receive the item, and then it usually breaks the next day.First off I know absolutely nothing about weight lifting. But I do know about lifting heavy objects due to being in the landscaping business for 30 + years, but that doesn't even apply to this review. Back in 2005, I got rear ended by a jacked up pickup truck while I was stopped at a stop light, I was in an old little mini van. Police estimated he was going at least 50 in a 35, and he admitted he was looking at his phone at the time of the accident, and did see I was even stopped. It messed up a hip and fractured 7 vertebra's and ruptured 9 disks, which left me with 2, 14inch metal rods and 6 bolts in my spine. Since all this has happened, I need major back / spine support just to walk. Over the last 11 years ive tried about every type of back brace that every been made, everything from the little rubber band ones with the shoulder straps and Velcro they sell at the home improvement stores, "only thing there good for is to show off your how big your stomach is" to 1 that ran me a couple of grand out of pocket. Insurance didn’t think it was a necessary need. Ive got a whole 18 gallon Rubbermaid storage container filled with what are call back braces, and all of them combined aren't worth the cost of the container there in. But this Fire Team Weightlifting Belt is an absolutely amazing. When I give a review, the items usually never get more then 3 stars, 4 occasionally, but I just cant say enough about this belt and how its help me, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Right out of the package, Ive been wearing it pretty much all day, and don’t even know I have it on. In my situation, I sometimes need it in the L3,L4 area, other days I need the support in the center of my back. You can use it anywhere in you mid section, and It fists over a shirt very comfortably, and can be worn under a shirt without any signs that you even have something on. So far it has held up without any signs of the strap tearing or threads coming loose anywhere on the belt. Im talking to much here, but like I said, I love this belt, and cant say enough good about it, and have recommended it to a bunch of people I know. Keep up the great work on this belt. People have a habit of not letting a good thing alone. Don’t change a thing on this belt. Many, many thanks.Id add a photo, but after 11 years of being disabled, just think of a pear with a rubber-band around it. You get the idea

“YOUR OWN SIZE”.!!!!
Hello Fire Team...I’m sure all would’ve been well with the Back Support Belt that I purchased from you a week ago.I’m quite sure that it would’ve been Sturdy, Supportive and did all of the things that it says it does on the Tin and more, and on top of all that...It looks “Great”!!I say...”It Would’ve Been” because I ordered the wrong size, so therefore cannot use it.“Well...Why Don’t You Send It Back” I hear you say, which is a very valid, normal thing to say, but being the idiot that I am, I’ve thrown “All” the original packaging away and got rid of all my order details, the whole nine yards...All gone.!!!So I was either going to just give it away, sell it or even just throw it out, haven’t really decided yet.!!Anyway...My Bad.!!!So too anyone who reads this review, let this be a lesson to you...”Always Keep Your Packaging”.!!!🤪🤪🤪🤪Thanks Fire Team for your time & your efforts...Kind regards...Mark. (Idiot).!!!🙄🙄

Comfortable & Strong belt!
Belt seems to do the job, comfortable and sturdy.I had a few issues:Follow their Sizing on the page carefully. Do Not go by your normal waist size as I did, Measure around your belly button. I am a size 30 waist in trousers but in this belt a 32 which is a Size Medium.I contacted them to return the belt which was a size Small & received a free replacement of my correct size Medium. However I only just got round to using it the belt the other day and noticed before using it at the gym that it had ripped on the inside along the seam. I used it regardless as I needed a belt that day for Deadlifts and had no alternative.I Sent a message on a whim stating ripped seam and they have just sent me another one Free of charge!I found this company to have excellent customer service and understanding.

Great for moderate heavy workouts
I bought this belt to give tight fitting support to the lower back area during moderate heavy lifting, and it’s fantastic.I would not use it for heavy power lifting. In my opinion, that’s not what it is for. A different belt could be used for that. The belt is very comfortable and can be worn during a full workout. The Velcro works well and the addition of a buckle makes the difference in keeping a tight fit.Careful on sizing. I’m 34” measured above my waist and a medium fits fine. I think a small would also fit. It depends on how tight you want to make it.Quality is good and it does the job it was made for very well. I’d recommend it for moderate heavy workouts.

Unbelievable customer service!
I cannot recommend Fire Team Fit highly enough! I recently ordered the weightlifting belt but unfortunately the delivery went missing. I then reported it to Amazon and they are processing the refund. I really wanted this product though so knowing I was being refunded, I reordered it a few days ago. Unfortunately this time, I ordered the wrong size and it was too small when it arrived!Mario responded to my email very quickly and kindly offered to send the larger belt at no cost to apologise for the first delivery issue - plus, I was allowed to keep the wrong sized one. I actually gave it to a friend earlier, and it fits her perfectly! The belt is superb - very lightweight with lots of padding around the back. It seems pretty robust too and the metallic grey is a great colour.Absolutely flawless customer care and I am genuinely shocked! Service of this level is a rarity these days. Will definitely be ordering from you again. Well done guys!

Fire Team Fit Weightlifting Belt - Pink
Really impressed with my Fire Team Fit Weightlifting Belt, I'm not a superfit athlete, I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm a mum in the suburbs who enjoys going to the gym but unfortunately has a few lumbar issues (too many squats and lunges over the years). This belt is amazing, it's really helped with my lower back issues, I notice the difference when doing squats, lunges and deadlifts. I bought a small, but really should have got an extra small, but it works perfectly, I have it super tight to give me upmost support. The velcro is very tough and doesn't move. I got the pink one as I wanted something feminine, I get loads of positive comments from the gym from both men and women. Would recommend this to anyone, and definitely use this company again as very impressed with the prompt delivery and customer service.
